We have created a comprehensive, web-based application designed to streamline the process through which citizens can formally submit objections related to land survey records. The platform provides an intuitive interface that guides users step-by-step, ensuring that their concerns are accurately captured and documented. By digitising this traditionally manual and time-consuming process, the system enhances accessibility and enables citizens to raise issues from anywhere, using any device.
Once an objection is filed, the application automatically routes the submission to the appropriate local authority or the City Survey Officer, also known as the District Superintendent of Land Records, who has legal jurisdiction over the concerned property. This direct and structured communication channel minimises delays and eliminates the need for physical visits or manual paperwork. The system also ensures all submitted information is stored securely, creating a clear and traceable record for both citizens and administrative officials.
To further improve transparency and accountability, the platform is equipped with a service-level commitment that guarantees each objection receives a formal response within 24 hours of submission. This rapid turnaround fosters trust between citizens and government authorities while encouraging timely resolution of land-related disputes. As a result, the application not only simplifies administrative workflows but also significantly enhances the overall experience for users seeking clarity or correction in land survey documentation.
